    Valley Yoga Centre - a therapeutic approach to yoga. Yoga can assist with recovery from illness or injury and to help build core strength, bone density and balance. Regular practice can help manage stress and promote physical mobility. With over 25 years combined teaching experience Sandy and Erin are uniquely qualified to support you on your personal yoga journey.
