Whether you have no experience or are an advanced practitioner, at Valley Yoga Centre, our philosophy is to offer yoga for everyone. We incorporate the seven vital principles of Vijnana Yoga – relaxing, quieting the mind, intent, rooting, connecting, breathing and elongating.
